MILE 80 did a presentation event for AMD which had a lot of innovative moving parts. Obviously they wanted to brag about it, and rightly so. That's where I came in and put together all the BTS footage and interviews into a whole series of videos that would be published on professional social media sites.
Showcasing the great work such as this is always a challenge, especially when you want to make sure that everyone gets to know the cool stuff your clients do. In this case, it was all about striking the right balance between informative and entertaining, and keeping in mind that both angles needed to be geared towards social media.
Both me and the people over at MILE 80 were very happy with the end videos, and so too were the almighty algorithms!
At the time of their publishing, these videos gathered some of the highest impressions numbers on the MILE 80 socials!
Something to remember: if you're doing cool prep work for a shoot, make sure to get some video of that and send it to your editor. It'll make the BTS video so much cooler.
