After the pandemic, Amazon wanted to go all out on it's newfronts presentation, which meant a lot of video content.
They teamed up with Mile80 to produce that content, and one of the videos they needed done ended up on my virtual desk - the Amazon Newfronts Sports Sizzle. This project was definitely a step out of my comfort zone at the time due to how much energy it had to express, but it gave my creative side something exciting to latch onto.
It was a very fun project with lots of awesome footage I could play around with. The song I worked with is still one of my favorites. The final Sports Sizzle was a real hit during the actual presentation and was praised by a lot of people I didn't expect. Be it between us, though, the first version of the edit had even more graphics and felt even more energetic, so I personally still like that one more.
